CaPoS International Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective for Qualified Referrals submitted on or after April 1, 2025.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the CaPoS International Referral Program (the “Program”) in the Territory. The Program is administered by CaPoS Canada, Inc. (in Canada), CaPoS Ireland Limited (in Ireland), and CaPoS UK Limited (in the United Kingdom). These entities are collectively referred to as CaPoS herein.

Territory refers to Canada, Ireland, or the United Kingdom.

CaPoS offers you the opportunity to participate in its Program. By participating in the Program per the terms below, you:
(i) agree to be bound by these Terms and CaPoS’s Privacy Statement;
(ii) confirm that the referred party has expressed interest in learning more about CaPoS and has consented to their contact details being shared for outreach related to CaPoS services;
(iii) confirm that such contact details are business-related and connected to the restaurant or business referred.

CaPoS reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.

Program Eligibility

Who Can Participate?
Active employees of CaPoS customers, CaPoS employees, consultants, investors, and friends of these individuals may refer restaurants in their country of residence (Canada, Ireland, or the UK) to CaPoS for POS services.

Who Cannot Participate?

• Employees of CaPoS partners with existing referral programs.
• CaPoS sales employees and immediate family members.
• Authorized CaPoS resellers or employees referring their own businesses.
• Restaurant owners or decision-makers referring their own locations.
• Participants located in the United States.

Referral Requirements
Qualified Referrals must:

• Be submitted via the online referral form or in writing.
• Be located in the referrer’s country of residence.
• Be a new lead not already in CaPoS’s system.
• Enter into a Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form and remain live on CaPoS for at least seven days.

Bonus Payouts
Referrers will receive their payout for each Qualified Referral monthly:

• £140 for referrals in the UK.
• €140 for referrals in Ireland.
• CA$250 for referrals in Canada.

Additional structured payouts apply for restaurant groups or franchises with caps as outlined in the terms.

General Terms
CaPoS reserves the right to determine eligibility and disqualify participants if terms are violated. Participants are responsible for tax reporting and obligations regarding payouts.
