Every payment, one terminal.

Built for Canadian restaurants from the till to the curb.

All cards, all wallets

Tap, chip, and swipe with every major card brand. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Interac Flash work out of the box — no separate hardware, no extra processing fees.

PCI-compliant PIN pad

Built-in shielded PIN entry meets PCI DSS 4.0 out of the box. End-to-end encryption and tokenization protect cardholder data from swipe to settlement.

Wi-Fi + 4G LTE failover

Dual-radio design keeps payments flowing even when your venue's Wi-Fi drops. Automatic fallback to 4G LTE — your guests never see a 'declined' screen because of network.

10-hour shift battery

From brunch service to last call without a charge break. Hot-swappable battery means a backup unit goes from zero to full in under 90 minutes on a single charger.

Tip-on-screen boost

Guest-facing tip prompts lift average gratuity 18–24% versus paper receipts. Three presets plus custom amount — your servers see the result in real time.

Direct POS sync

Settles to your CaPOS reporting the moment the card clears. No end-of-night reconciliation, no manual adjustments — every transaction is already in the books.
Tableside

Close the check where your guests are sitting.

No more 'I'll be right back with your card.' FlexPay pairs to any table in seconds, lets servers split the bill any way the table wants, and settles tap or chip right at the edge of the table. Average turn time drops, tips climb, and guests stop watching their card walk away.
  • Equal split, item-by-item split, or custom amount — chosen tableside, not at the till.
  • Tap-to-print or text-to-receipt — your guest's choice, no paper waste.
  • Server identification per transaction — accurate tip allocation by the end of the night.

Patio & Curbside

Service that follows the seat.

Hot patio nights, curbside pickup, food-truck pop-ups, festival booths — wherever your service goes, FlexPay goes with it. The same terminal that handles your indoor rush handles a sidewalk patio on a Friday night without a router in sight.
  • IP54-rated against splashes, spills, and patio dust.
  • Drop-tested to 1.2 m — survives the realities of restaurant floors.
  • Works fully offline for up to 200 transactions when 4G is unreliable.

What restaurant operators say about FlexPay

Real numbers from Canadian operators who switched to tableside payments with FlexPay.

Switching to FlexPay tableside cut our average turn time by nine minutes per table on a Saturday night. Servers love it, guests love it, our nightly receipts love it.

Sarah Tremblay
GM · Lanterne, Montréal

We process tap, chip, and Interac Flash on the same device. Our cashiers used to juggle three terminals — now one device handles every guest, every payment type.

David Kim
Ops Director · Hops & Barrel, Ottawa

We run a food truck where Wi-Fi is unreliable. FlexPay's 4G LTE failover means we never have to tell a guest 'we're cash only right now.' Game changer.

Amanda Nguyen
Owner · Bánh Mì on the Move, Vancouver

The tip-on-screen prompt at the table lifted our average gratuity from 14% to 19% in the first month. It paid for the entire FlexPay rollout three times over.

Frequently asked questions about FlexPay

FlexPay pairs with every CaPOS terminal — FlexLite, FlexMove, CompleteStation Solo, and CompleteStation Duo. If you're already running CaPOS, FlexPay drops into your stack in under five minutes. If you're switching from a different POS, our onboarding team handles the entire migration.
Every major credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Interac Flash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and QR-code wallets. NFC tap, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe swipe are all built in — no add-on dongles.
Yes. FlexPay is PCI DSS 4.0 compliant out of the box. Cardholder data is encrypted at the chip with point-to-point encryption (P2PE) and tokenized for every transaction. Your restaurant never stores, transmits, or sees raw card data.
FlexPay automatically fails over to 4G LTE within 200 ms — guests don't notice. If both networks are unavailable, FlexPay continues to accept tap and chip payments in offline mode for up to 200 transactions, then settles them all when connectivity returns.
Ten hours of continuous operation under typical restaurant load — that's a full brunch-through-late-night shift on one charge. Batteries are hot-swappable, and the included charging dock takes a depleted battery to 100% in 90 minutes.
Tableside ordering plus payment. Servers can take orders, fire to kitchen via KDS, modify items, and settle payment without leaving the table. Average turn time drops by 6–10 minutes per table at full-service venues.
FlexMove is a full-featured handheld POS — order entry, KDS routing, and integrated payments. FlexPay is a payment-first device — designed for venues with an existing POS that need to bring payment to the table or patio. Most CaPOS customers run both.
